Yes, Honection is completely free for coaches. You can create a profile, explore opportunities and negotiate without paying anything. If you work with a representative, their fees are a separate agreement between you and them.
Of course. You decide if and when you want to bring in support. Once invited, they gain access to your active file and can negotiate on your behalf — all within the platform. Please note: you are responsible for any fees your representative charges. Make sure you have a clear agreement in place to avoid any surprises. Your agent or advisor can negotiate for you, but they cannot sign a contract on your behalf. The final decision — and the signature — is always yours.
Yes, clubs can view your profile, but you decide who gets to talk to you. They can only reach out once you accept their contact request. If you’re currently employed, your club must approve formal talks.
No, creating a Honection profile is non-binding. You only accept the terms and conditions. A contract is only created when all parties agree and sign digitally through the platform.
Honection only charges the club — and only when a transfer is successfully concluded via the platform. As a coach, you use the platform for free.
